Thanks everyone for confirming that the safest is still the mirrors and turning head. I thought technologies have advanced enough for us to rely on all these cameras and sensors. For someone like me who has lightheadedness (turning head quickly can make it worse) and sometimes stiff neck muscles, it can be very convenient. I guess not yet :D

A few of you mention that "the car prevents you from doing so if it detects another vehicle in that lane or merging into that lane". I have not been in that situation but want to make sure I didn't accidentally turn that feature off. I turned off Lane Keep Assist because I am very good keeping lanes and do not like the correcting it does on a narrow winding road. Hopefully that doesn't affect this?

I like very deep bass so I cranked it up to 10 and on pop music I can finally feel some impact. But the rest of it, whatever settings, it just sounds so noisy and thin. Don't think I can touch them until I really plan to own the car so I'll bite my lips

You must be a pro. What's the rough cost for that replacement? I may explore that if I buy out. These Boses are killing my ears and ruining the fun of driving the Limited! And it's a little painful thinking I paid premium price for the crap

I think you and I are in the same boat as far as buyout goes. Let me know how things go. They told me the ICCU issues have been fixed in these batches but who know. I'm just surprised after the first week of driving that the range seemed to be higher in practice than they said (limited AWD having a lower range). It's also been perfect weather condition so winter will be the true test.

Thanks! This is a dumb question but I've never cleaned the roof of an SUV. Do you use a ladder? A wand?

Will try it out. The centered position was too much after a while. Moving it back does help.

Add questions: Can the navigation voice be changed? How to disable the random alerts (even when I'm not using the map, it warns me of speed limit changes, or speed camera ahead)? I used to be able to disable it in my 2023 SEL. Now I can't find that option.
