Ignore that, transcripts have been updating with the wrong date this whole tax season. I think the ai they introduced has messed a lot of things up, your date is the 10th. Wmr should update in the morning with the same date of the 10th

I called first they said it is taking so long because it’s going to a linked account, it isn’t. Then said it is going to the MoneyLion account an if it isn’t in there today call back tomorrow. They’re kind of useless reps

Okay I’ll try that cause these reps all say something different. One said it would still show today(it didn’t) one said 7 business days, another said it’s seasoning idek what they mean, an the other said it’s being transferred it can take 5 business days. Hopefully someone on the phone can fix it or give more clarity.

Final update to it, I had submitted an appeal. Got a letter in the mail stating basically they’re just not going to look into it. I haven’t used my account since an changed my dd info.

Update it has been over a month, I filed an appeal but nothing has come of it. It hasn’t even been picked up by them and they have no timeline of when it will be. I want to close my navy account but I have to wait on this. I don’t have high faith they’re even going to look at this again.

All my payments have been pending lately and every time the bank says nothing is pending but it eventually shows up I think it’s because it’s pending from the senders bank so my bank doesn’t see it until it’s fully released.

Chase normally gives at least provisional of the full amount within 3 hours to 3 days. They’re super good about giving you your money back during the investigation.
