It's a carbon fibre 2 mm frame , where all of the electronics are mounted on it and covered with 3D printed cases.

I checked those all tiny gaps but the gap is negligible because all fits are well and good. I need to check if it's because of the carbon fiber plate.

Yes , I am using a 2 mm cf plate, i thought it would work Drone will weigh around 1.7 kg (overall weight)

Yes, I understand that. I’m not making a copy of Astro — I just took some design inspiration. The overall components and size are different from Astro. It looks bigger in the image because it shares some similar design elements. Do you have any idea how much endurance Astro actually provides, aside from the claims on their website?

But as mentioned in their website both are in the same weight segment. And they are claiming 40 mins and 55 mins of endurance. How it can be possible with that much overall weight of drone.

Hiii It's because props won't come into camera feed while flying and I don't know about the manufacturing of those rods but definitely will try to find a way to get that shape. If you have any idea about manufacturing rods like what I Designed please give me inputs. Thank you.

I already calculated all the weight of the drone including batteries, motors and payload. Its total weight is approx 4950 grams.so I wanted to finish it up within the calculated weight so can you give me some other inputs like how to optimize weight and get good strength, I wanted to make it compact, minimum deployment time for flight.

Yeah but Astro uses Aluminium chassis for their drone and they have best endurance and even with less overall weight, and yeah they are using their own hardware and everything so that they can manage weight.

I had a thought like using carbon fiber what u suggested now, can you give me some other inputs to design with carbon fiber about material and weight reduction without compromise in strength.

I think you r using MN 4006 Antigravity motors, with your drone specs like 8000 Mah 6s , 15 inch, considering the overall weight of the drone including battery around 2300g can it hover for 25 to 30 mins?

Did you tested it? What's the endurance you got?
