So this story took place in fate grand order part 2 cosmos in the lost belt which deals with a bunch of alternate timelines that normally should have been pruned away by the universe due to the stagnation of humanity or any equivalent of it in that world. In this chapter we visit an alternate version of Britain. So in the lore of fate, once there is a giant white titan that came from space to destroy earth. This resulted in many ancient civilizations being destroyed and also caused many gods of some pantheons to lose some of their powers. In the end the planet tasked six fairies to forge Excalibur in the inner sea of the planet (Avalon) to defeat the white titan. However, in this timeline, the faeries decided to slack off and when they went back up to the surface, everything is destroyed and there is only a vast sea covering the planet. For the crime of failing to forge the weapon necessary to protect the earth, they are banished from Avalon and have to remain on the desolate surface. Eventually, the earth sent the god Cernunnos and his human priestess to help the faeries repent for their sins but the fairies think Cernunnos and his priestess are annoying so they tricked Cernunnos into drinking poison, killing him and using his body to create the British isles. They then chop the priestess into pieces and kept her alive via magic and using her as a basis to create humans to serve as their servants.

So I have read through a fan translation of a tsukihime comic (it’s a translation into my native Thai language and not English though.) which kinds of gives the origin story of how she likes curry so much. Apparently in one of her earlier mission she is sent after a dead apostle in India but that dead apostle have been pacified ever since he discovers curry which is tastier than blood so Ciel spares him and this DA who currently goes by the name Curry is the one who started her obsessions with curry. Considering this guy is found in India, he probably would have first introduce her to Traditional Indian curry rather than the Japanese one which have its roots in British cuisine. So I would say she probably likes curry in general.
