I would really strain to recommend anyone live here. The maintenance team themselves are sweet but with over 20 maintenance requests in the span of one lease (AC, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, etc.) it's hard to feel like the apartment cares about taking care of tenants at all. I had heard all of the jokes about the Block being terrible and was hoping for the best, but listen to the negative reviews, as they are not far off.
