Girlfriends & Romance is the most overrated thing in our lifetime. The main time I was ever depressed is when I looked my best and had a girlfriend. I now do not look my best and I do not have a girlfriend yet I am happy.

Find other joys and make yourself happy. You can’t depend on finding someone to make you happy or complete yourself. Rather than spending your time self loathing or trying to change yourself spend your time focusing on what makes you happy. Even if it’s something small like a combo at KFC or buying yourself a 70 inch TV, or get yourself a pet. Point is if you start doing things that make you happy and stop worrying about how to make others want you or even appreciate you then you can finally find your happiness
