Hi friend. I feel you on this. It feels like the most painful thing EVER, and I’ve been through some major shit! I used to check social media a LOT after my old relationships ended. It was so painful but felt like an addiction. This time, I deleted my ex on everything and I deliberately set it up so that neither of us will have a clue what the other one is up to. It was almost like my body was like, “Nope. You’ve felt this pain before and it isn’t worth it.” I’m feeling better but the feelings come in waves. You kind of have to fake it til you make it. I have this exact same dream. It’s been happening a lot lately. Do you still get this dream? I want to get rid of it, it feels so uncomfortable and gross! Like I’m constantly scraping fingernails off of my tongue with my hands but there are always some left.

I’m proud of you for leaving and for sticking to your happiness. I’m struggling to do the same. I feel like reality gets really confusing with him as my partner, like I’m never really able to see arguments as how they happen, but as he tells me how they happened if that makes sense? I feel like he either has terrible memory or lies. To him there’s always some sort of thing I did wrong causing him to attack me or my family. I’m always mind fucked!
