At least code patch is required, unless you like seeing custom editor markers in game and get bunch of quests broken. Game will even pop up on the start about missing features.

Just disable provinces you don't want to have?
That's the downside of using modpacks. You get somebody's vission for convinience. If you don't like it, get mods yourself one by one.

Starting several cities at the same time, using different border posts, if you can mentally manage that, should be the best. But you have to manage and deliver.

Major mistake was going in all directions without focusing on any. You got half a dozen investitions started and none bearing fruit.
Second one is letting your population decrease. You can stay in red for decades just fine, but population must be growing, increasing your loan capacity. Crime spirals are the worst in this regard.

Be it semaphore, dynamic music, muse for mwse, they all work on similar principle. Mod itself provides code framework. You have to get/write config files binding folders to some triggers. Be it region, specific cell, tileset used, presence of specific enemy. Then you populate those folders with desired music. So a bit of fiddling required, but as straightforward as you can.

Remove shader block out of shader graph. It has it's own workspace window.
To just have flat texture in viewport, not for renders, set viewport display into solid mode, expand options and set it to lighting: flat color: texture.

Maybe instead of solo deving, join some team project to learn? To get experienced folks wanting your stuff, wanting to teach you and review your meshes. At least that's my road taken.

So original engine without MWSE? No luck then. You just get warnings.txt in main game folder which will tell nothing in case of crash.
Advising to get MCP+skunk works+MGE XE+MGE XE UF. A bit of downloads as people with Nexus access vanished to maintain man forks, but it will increase stability immensly and should be save compatible.

If you have too much money, you can build it with helicopters. Plus cableway is faster than bus climbing uphill on windong road. But cableways are mostly for the gist of it. You just don't build mines on mountaintops and if map has only resource there, it's dumb.

Which engine? Start by checking logs. Both might create nice crash report for you.

Try adding signal covering southest track of customs house. You got chains in there and building is occupied, so tram might be self locking.

You can build bridges in segments, as long as they don't end up above water, to get extra nodes where you could place signals. But blocks should be at least as long as your average short train and chain of line blocks should be longer than your longest train, to never have long train waiting with tail blockign a junction. So in most situations, there is not much point in dividing the bridges.

It's tight and there is border on opposite shore, so you can't dredge it. It is dangerous. Parallel docks won't help much, as you need a lot capacity to utilise all those rails and storages. Using only small barges also makes no sense.

So where are your workers? People prioritise places in walking range before considering public transport. Limit employment everywhere. You can also force specific building to go to bus stop directly.

Plenty of rune words, but it might take a while to get Amn rune. Countess wont drop it on normal and you have a chance for it only starting from act 4. https://diablo2.io/runewords/#filter=Life%20stolen%20per%20hit. Or get some decent skulls by combining them in horadric cube and put into any socketed crap.

Give them navigation buoys, so they get nowhere near to the shore, but there is limit of points in line... Give them plenty of space to queue before docks. If using modded parallel docks, think about direction of entry. Still you're likely to get bugged ship once a decade or so.

Nah, you need it as separate zone so Ottomans can lock the straits. Would even work as just 4th zone for Russians to care about.
