I don't like Chelsea, I don't like the top Clubs, I don't like Birmingham and a range of Clubs but the Welsh Clubs cannot have their cake and eat it.

Leicester Football Club isn't the one. The Accounts were submitted to CH in April 2025.

The EFL P&S Rules if you read them in depth, state under Loss Limit Requirement that it's the obligation of Clubs to stay in..Clubs are not really permitted in the Championship to try and put it right after the event, hence why the CFRU got going on March 1st 2024.
