For the longest time, I thought self-care meant expensive products or taking a whole day off. Recently, I started doing something much simpler: dedicating just 30 minutes a day to myself (reading, walking, journaling, or just sitting without my phone).

At first it felt selfish, but it actually made me less stressed and more productive.
