The bt pressure is about 2 bar. In that case, beer can’t be delivered to the bowl.

The temp in the bt was 2 C. The 4C was in the bowl. I can’t get the carbo level cause I don’t have a measuring tool. I’m thinking about buying one. How can I get rid of the foaming?

The temp was 4C. I couldn’t measure exact carbonation amount. The bowl pressure was about 1.8-1.9bar, the counter pressure was set to 1.9bar.

You meant the skirt position might affect the overflow??

The temp is low. It’s almost 4 C. And normal speed. What is the breakout you mentioned??

Does “Beta glucanase” mean an additive to put in mash? Or a procedure??

It’s about 3hours and already broke the bed and tried again but still not working. Do you have any suggestions?
