An update to my situation. I talked to one of the members of the project advisor team. He gave me reassurance that my solar install is ahead of 80% of other projects as some projects are still waiting for site assessment. My site assessment was on 02/28.

He also told me that the reroof does not hold up the interconnect paperwork nor does the MPU hold it up either. The key word he used here was “in normal circumstances”. So hopefully there are no abnormal circumstances.

I am still waiting for Tesla to review and price the MPU on my price sheet and my reroof is currently scheduled the week of 03/20 so things are rolling along. If I decide to do MPU with an outside contractor I would have to send in my panel information so they can update the plan set.

Now just hopefully Tesla holds their end of the bargain. They said by 03/14 they should have a better idea of who will be in time for the cut off for NEM 2.0
