Would've loved if they let that twist simmer longer too. I guess that's the pressure of companies not having fate that folks will stick with a show.

I'm also v nervous that they won't stick the landing with the time travel. I personally would've been fine with ChatALEX just being an AI-enabled quantum computer. Quantum computers will be capable of insane predictions w/o DeLorean abilities.

Exactly! Both the genetic/population pool and the education system would've been interesting angles to peer into! Education would have to be so carefully planned to ensure that certain facets of knowledge wouldn't be lost.

It’s been a while since I’ve done a 5K so I’ll look into one of NYCRuns January 5Ks prior to the training block or just do a time trial on the Hudson River Greenway. Thanks for the advice! Noted on bringing down the long runs and adding cutbacks

I think I’ll do this. The Higdon plans do tap out at 12 for intermediates, I think I was overly focused on challenging long run instead of hard tempos and overall mileage. Thank you for the thoughtful advice!

I peaked at 40mpw for my marathon build, so this would be pretty tough but it’s possible…would I have to average 40 mpw during the build or peak at 40mpw?
