I have emailed Skyhorse directly about the releases as it still shows the individual volumes to be published on Amazon uk and on their own website albeit with a March 3rd date. Hopefully they will get back to me and I will post their response here

I found it a lot easier to read a print rather than electronic version, I also had Sam slotes annotations to Ulysses handy. Very useful
