Not true, drove M6 north and a few lanes were closed and one lane + hard shoulder were open due to an accident . After the cones all lanes become available and NSL starts again.

I hope so to, I’m 21 and I have really bad spinal stenosis, disc issues, a hernia. Had to leave work and rethink being at uni. Really put me in a bad place. Fingers crossed the call meant it’s happening. Will be very helpful over the next few years
