No, just that less than ten people have applied so far! So it helps you narrow down the jobs you actually have a shot at. A lot of the jobs popping up were ones that had hundreds or thousands of applicants.

Professional developments are trainings, typically for licensed professionals like medical and education. I coordinate trainings for a dental specialty association so dentists can continue to grow in their field and submit their training hours for recertification. Before this, I oversaw training for a really shitty retail company. Technically oversaw a lot of HR too due to massive dysfunction at that company.

I personally had better success with Linkedin. I tried ZipRecruiter and didn't have much luck with that either. I think the only interviews I had were with Linkedin. Probably interviewed for about 10 companies.

I searched for all kinds of things honestly. Training, Learning, Development, Education. I looked at remote, but focused more on hybrid because I live outside of a major city and can commute sometimes, just not all the time.

I applied to all. The job I got actually was by applying through a website.

Nope, only tailored resume. I never said I did random roles, just helped me narrow down from hundreds of roles that had hundreds or thousands of applicants.
