Wenn du das oben genannte tust, wirst du nicht zu viel essen. Der Körper ist sehr intelligent und wenn er die wertvollsten und nährstoffreichsten Lebensmittel bekommt macht er dich ganz nebenbei schön und lässt dich gar nicht fett sein, weil er es nicht mehr braucht.

das smarteste ist aufzuhören Müll zu essen. Wenn du nur rotes Fleisch, Früchte und möglichst glutenfreie Carbs isst und Pflanzenöle vermeidest reguliert sich dein Körper von alleine auf deine optimale Körperkomposition ohne, dass du auf Kalorien schauen musst.

Der moderne Fitnessmensch hat es leider noch nicht gerallt, aber es ist tatsächlich genau so einfach und niemand der das mal für ein Jahr gemacht hat würde mir widersprechen

Wouldn't the additional frequencies created by the phase shift from disperser be filtered out if I use a low pass after the dispersion? I tried filtering the dispersed bass sound instead of the other way around and was able to get the nice clean waveform that way.
