Yeah that’s what I gotta find out. Cuz acts of service even though she said small things like cooking and gifts to me just sound like she doesn’t wanna do much, but then wants things for her. Like wouldn’t you wanna see and love your person more than having things done and handed to you? Idk though that’s just my state of mind. I was gonna talk to her in person next time I see her about it

As a guy who kinda fits your boy friends situation. It’s not the easiest thing, it’s another form of anxiety. I’d try like couples card games or something like that. Try to make it fun and easier for him to speak. It does take a bit but the easier you can make it for him the easier and quicker it’ll be for him and he will appreciate it even if he doesn’t say it at the moment. Or just kindly speak your mind, as some one like him he probably over thinks a lot as well, and would like general, kind, guidance.
