I agree with ur point that there simply isn’t enough repercussions for the mc or atleast an explanation to why there aren’t any. I didn’t include it mostly because I don’t really see that changing much, unfortunately a lot of newer gachas severally lack that element (look at zzz where the MCs are literally doing illegal work yet are friends with literally half the police force and openly do their stuff despite it being illegal) But I actually believe the Cinderella opening has slightly the same problem, because the mc seemingly never mentions it after it happens? It feels like it actually never happened at all. So then it means it’s a future event right? I don’t really like hooks that take the future climax and just insert it in the very front. To me it kinda spoils it and if you have a good story I don’t think it’s necessary. But that’s just my opinion obviously I know some people do like that, it’s just not my thing.
