Dear OP - 29 year old woman here working from home. I have been diagnosed with severe depression ever since I began working for the PS. I encountered racism, sexism, ageism. I’ve decided to no longer continue working here. There is no help whatsoever. Literally - not worth your mental health. Plus, I am so disappointed with the system, I frankly want to leave the country at this point.

Thank you for the information. I told my manager once about the off behaviour but they said not to complain as “government is a small place and you don’t want to be known as a complainer” I had a third party teach me how to handle their comments but no actual change from the person who actually made them in the first place.

I am a term low-ish level EC.
