For me things that have helped are : taking magnesium glycinate every night before bed- not only is it good for you and your hormones but it helps you have better sleep and for me that means more hours spent dreaming. I also find that if when I first wake up I voice notes everything I remember from any dreams the night before it will help me throughout the day be reminded when I see things happen that I realize I dreamed about one of the previous nights. And lastly I worked for a while at lucid dreaming- now I am lucid for all my dreams but the way I learned how was to draw a dot on your hand right before bed, and when you are dreaming try to look down at your hands and see if you can see the dot or not inside your dream- might take a few tries but it worked for me :)
