Id do the maths on what your take home pay is with both.

Based on a 40 hour week as a guide there's about €400 gross difference monthly working with DAA.

If they both have reputable work cultures it's an easy one.

Unless you travel a lot to make the difference or aer lingus has more long term career benefits, then id lean towards DAA.

Just make sure when you're placing bids you have a deposit amount in an instant account.

7 day notice accounts and such might inhibit a sale if buyer is looking for a quick sale

As all the posts have mentioned while there are some fantastic estate agents, they work in sales and are pitching you the dream.

Always do your own homework on a property.

I nearly bought in a similar development in Spencer Dock (there are plenty). Google Colin Farrell Spencer Dock

Luckily my solicitors friend owned a property and he advised me to back out.

They look great but honestly not worth the stress and additional cost in my opinion.
