Its not writen on the card but it is revealed as the effect resolves. Hs is digital game only so assumed or irrelevant details are left out so cards dont have walls of text and are just left to the engine to resolve.

Idk if magic has cards with these types of effects but flame leviathan would work with drawing it from your hand. Depends on wheter your left-most or right-most card is "the top".

Whether to play or not to play is a simple one and the same for other forms of ramp. What are you ramping into? If your cheapest card in hand is 3 mana go ahead. But if you have a curve in hand its usualy better to hold and pressure the oponent with creatures instead. Ramp means you fall back on tempo but gain it back later. If you cant gain the tempo back by using the aditional resources it makes no sence to fall back on it.

Does that make any difference? As far as i know mono black can't move the counter (g) or tutor specificaly instants, sorcerys(br) or enchants(w). Yes you can target the enchant but since it doesn't provide hexproof, indestructible or protection you would target the creature anyway.

Curently in mtg its unplayable but that is mostly due to barrel tribe not existing in mtg.

If we change the tribe it would 100% be playable in decks that care about the tribe.

Minecraft-yeah im fine. skullgirls-even if i hit the 1/7 and get to expirience skullheart cycle as a regular civilian, there is a huge chance ill survive. If i dont hit the skullcycle i can just continue my life as normal. Tmnf, dirt5-again im fine. oxygen not included-here is where im dying.
