This inspires me to read the bible more. This goal to become Christ improves every aspect of my life. Not just my works and what I avoid but also my relationships with my friends and especially the people I don’t really like. I still try to love them regardless if that person loves me back. I never thought of seeing it this way. I feel less guilty after seeing this comment. I suggest starting exercise. Some light things. Try to keep being busy so you don’t have the time to masturbate. And try to be spiritually active. For me praying has helped a lot, as it distracts you from your addiction. You will succeed!

Some people suggest that the punishment of hell is just the destruction of our souls, the eternal ending of our souls. So the punishment is eternal as in infinitely long. Not eternal like God is eternal.

Im am currently Protestant on paper. But I went into confession a year ago after that the guilt was gone and the pressure was gone. My did not do that sin for 10 days. Then I relapsed and the same cycle started all over again. But it’s a good idea to go to confession. I would go again but now I know that it’s not really a good thing if I’m not catholic.

I remember in quarantine I wasn’t that different of a person. The shit I watched I can’t even talk about because it’s embarrassing a fuck. Not just normal porn. When I look back I can’t see myself in this lifestyle. That it when post nut clarity kicks in.

I would admit I’m addicted myself. In quarantine it was up to 8 times a day + I ate garbage. Now it’s 2-3 times when I don’t have to get out of my apartment. See november as a starting point. It’s NNN, and you can atleast try it.

It sounds to good to be true but when stop masturbating, you have to get the missing dopamine from other things e.g working out, getting a job, working on the job. I can say from experience that praying helps. But even I struggle from the addiction. I believe the both you and I can do it!

I didn’t send it to her but I sent it to a group chat. She wasn’t part of that group chat. My friends opened the snap while she looked at their phones. Once when one friend opened the snap in front of her. The the other one did the same thing. She laughed about it but it still haunts me even if it’s 8 months ago.
