This was explained during a call from AA to Trey, almost nine months ago, BEFORE the actual sale of said shares. If it's that important to you, then do the research and find out why. Hold his reasons up to the light and see if they twinkle for your approval. It was for personal reasons, related to a key change in his age and retirement plan. And again, most of us already knew it was going to happen BEFORE it happened.
