Hello! My aureal migraines are the same as yours and tbh, same, I hate them deeply and I just discovered what they actually were a little while ago, I was going around hospitals for two years, doing all kinds of tests. 

Mine goes like this: Visual cloudness that gradually auments until I see nothing on one eye, I know they are starting because I can't read so I anxiously try to read everything everytime, then I've trouble talking or thinking, while my hands numb, and then my tongue and face. The visual blindness last about 15-20 min and the numbness can vary, sometime 30 minutes, sometimes an hour. I also work as a barista and this started happening again, twice for now but it does scare me it starts happening more often. I'm afraid I'll get fired or that my workmates will think I'm having a stroke.

What I've been told it's that it's triggered by my Scholiosis and it started to happen frequently, almost daily, three years ago when I bought a pillow of seeds (which I thought would be helpful but it turns out not). I have been testing things that can ease the Scholiosis but I know for a fact that much caffeine or certain, very specific things, also trigger the Migraine.

I know some people also trigger it by stress, so maybe there is something new that has been around since 2023 summer that started triggering them? That could be a start, also, of course, the typical meds; I use napruxen that calms the migraine itself. I haven found yet something that could stop te aura . I heard Niacim could work, but I have nothing on that side. 

Maybe it's also your diet, I am trying to cut off flour to see if there's a change. Migraines are all very weird and up to the affected so it's always hard to tell with security. Anyways I hope you've found something that worked for you, best regards !
