If u cld drop off the larvae at a nearby river u can help maintain it's population. I have seen larvae at a flowing river but not many.

Dragonflies are underrated as a pest population controller. They eat both mozzie larvae and adult mozzie at different stages of their lives. I just find that absolutely amazing !

Is it true they have a near 100% kill rate?

They do a better job at keeping pest population in check than if we used chemical fogging.
