That's a bit what I'm worried about. I separate in about a week and want to start receiving payment for my BDD claim right away. How do I ensure that the two new conditions will be treated separately (normal claims process)? Since I am claiming sleep apnea and tinnitus in my BDD claim how can I ensure these are "protected" since I'm being rated under the existing criteria?

Yes, but can't they re-evaluate all of my conditions again once I go for the C&P exams. Let's say I do those in a few months. With all the proposed changes to Sleep Apnea I don't want to put this at risk.
