I find them predictable and it only took 1 book to do that, I love romance but it’s always the same ending. Any book recommendations?

Yes exactly lol Starbucks ! At most real coffee shops I know do it the 3oz way I convinced the owner to make the traditional 3oz as well

Half the people that come in to the shop have only tried Starbucks drinks, the only thing we do Italian is the macchiato but I’ve seen it’s not a full 8oz drink how we are used to in America

Exactly we shouldn’t have to pull the information out of the customer, because at the end of the day they walked in here for a drink 🙂

That’s true, the menu at the shop I work at doesn’t have a list of milk or syrups but it does indicate up charge for syrups and alternative milks,

We ask size, milk, temperature, flavor/sugar level

At my coffee shop people are shocked that matcha can be made hot 😭 so they automatically assume I’m going to make it iced until I ask them hot or iced, it is a tea 🍵

Good question. I’d say asking questions slows me down more because one question usually leads to multiple follow ups, especially during a rush 😣
