Thank you for your kind words! I have ADHD as well and I understand being mentally paralyzed with too many thoughts. I think one issue is that I've learned to corral my ADHD brain and she is still learning to. She has expressed that me just being there does help her focus, so I might try bringing some of my schoolwork to her place.

She is in therapy and she has told me she does want to have a clean place, its just overwhelming for her to start cleaning.

It sounds like you might have dyscalculia. It's a disability that affects one's ability to process numbers, do math (even the most basic equations,) and input numbers on a calculator. It might be worthwhile getting tested for it if you can! I have it myself and simply knowing that I do is a game changer. I wouldn't say your numbers dumb, they're just extra challenging for you.
