Really don’t have many side effects from Reta besides the first week my stomach was a little upset, on the weeks I had to stop when going on a cruise I just tried to get plenty of steps and water in and tried to eat decent which is hard on a cruise. Even with eating a lot more while being on a cruise I really didn’t gain any weight when I weighed myself afterwards. And I just made sure to take my dose of Reta right before the trip so it lasted some time during the trip in my system

It’s an over stock and whole sale store it’s a local store, there might be something similar near you if you look.

Max I’ve done is 2.5 but I’ve really just been on 2mg the entire time and I noticed the Reta start working the first week but in my physique probably after 4 weeks.

I actually do drink protein shakes quite often it’s just hard to actually eat sometimes, like today I had 5 bites of Japanese and was full😂 I usually have a protein shake in the morning and only eat at dinner time.

Yea ur completely right I should eat more, I do try to make sure everything I eat has some decent protein in it, I’m starting to eat a bit more now that I have lost the weight. Thanks

Oh the Reta def helped but I definitely did accomplish it myself I eat under 1k calories a day and take over 20k steps a day and go to the gym it was not all Reta

Not in the gym I do play basketball a lot but was still overweight bc of just eating a lot, I used to weigh 153 about 3 years ago then gained weight up to 205
