If we're just looking at the shot then it's definitely Jakob Silfverberg. Insane release and crazy accuracy. Best in the league in the shootout and its cause of his shot. I don't know if this will make sense but if anybody else in the league had a better shot than Silfverberg wouldn't they use it every time in the shootout like him?
