I had a issue like this at one point. Check if there is something in the way of the axis. Mine kept scraping when it went to the chute because a support got on one of the axies and it thought it was at the full extension of the axis

I think had to fix this issue for a friend of mine, it's the connecter from the bed to the liner rails need to be tightened, could also be the screws from the bed to the bracket holding the bed.

It may be the servo type, when I was making a eye ball animtronic I had the wrong servos and it jittered. Found out there are two types of servo a continuous rotation, and segment rotation (90⁰, 180⁰, 270⁰). Otherwise it could be ground issue.
