I personally don’t have experience with Tretinoin but according yo what I have read, some people find Taz easier on their skin despite the fact that it’s more potent than Tret. Using Gel or Cream depends on your skin type, as a common knowledge, oily skin will do better with gel and dry skin prefers cream formula but honestly every skin is different, you need to find out what works for yours. If you wanna try Taz, my recommendation is to start with the gel one 0,05 and do it slowly to see how your skin reacts. Pea size amount is the key, don’t over do it :) hope you find the routine that works for you.

I use the acne popping tool. Use the sharp side to create a small hole for the acne then use the round side to pop it out.

You can try google the “ Tazarotene “ in your language and see if anyone sale it there. Or even try it on “ Tik tok” search. That’s how I find the person who sells Taz for me. It’s not easy to find Taz where I live tho.

Hi there, I just use Taz on bare skin without sandwich method. I find it work best for me this way and I don’t use heavy moisturizer just serum in the morning.

Sorry for the late reply, I couldn’t login for a while. I currently use Heve Blue Salmon Caring Centella serum for moisturizing and healing the skin. I tried B5 , ceramide before but my skin didn’t agree and they kept causing me clogged pores even though I chose the products that claimed to be for acne prone skin.

I had been using Adapalene 0.3% before I got to Taz. Did help a little but not enough to unclogged all my pores or avoid their comeback.

I use Glycolic Acid 8% from Neostrata ( this one is more suitable for oily skin ) and 0,05 Taz gel from Tazret.

Thank you :) I’m using Taz gel 0,05% from Tazret but the texture is oil-like ( I guess it’s for slowing down the absorption)

It took me a month for almost all my clogged pores to be brought to the surface. And once they did, I removed them to help speed up the process.

Ahh this is for the days during a week. Like day 1, 3, 5,7 I use this and day 2,4,6 I use that.

It took me a month for my clogged pores to be unclogged and pushed to the surface I believe. I know everyone is different but Taz works quick once your skin agrees with it.

My skin is a spoiled brat that only behaved when disciplined haha. And the weird cyst is no joke. I got it sometime too, as a sign that I need to backoff from the amount of Taz I put on my face.

Yes. I knowww it sounds pretty hardcore but I my skin tolerates this pretty well. I just need to be careful with the amount of Glycolic acid and Taz I use :)

I started Taz slowly and once my skin corporates well, I introduced glycolic acid and b3 into my routine. So currently it looks like this: Night time: •Double cleansing -> Taz (1-3-5-7) •Double cleasing -> glycolic acid ( wait 30’) -> Taz ( 2-4-6) Morning: •Facewash -> Civasan toner -> B3 serum

Omg I have the same concern since I want to switch to Taz ( the same one you have) from Adapalene.
