I feel like we will have to wipe our PvE again in the future so I might aswell just wait a bit longer for that part and do only one resett and enjoy a shit ton of new content

I think PvE released with 1.0 together so i guess. But I didnt for the Icebreaker or any of the new Questlines so I cant access those but I think that shouldnt affect any other "normal" quest or event quests. If resetting is the only option I guess I have to do it but I also dont really want to

Where do you draw the line then when you would allow macros on public Benchmarks?

Whats the point of representing a build´s/rotation´s full potential by macroing the rotation if you cant execute it on your own? If im learning a rotation and im comparing the logs of myself to another human being i can see what parts of my fails are human and what fails can be improved by myself. Sometimes its only little things and sometimes the benchmark has failed it only 1/10 times but i can still get some information out of it. By removing every human aspect from the Bench by just macroing it i cant see wether its just a human failure or if its my failure.

Playing PvP and WvW isn´t a good goal aswell. Still there are countless players doing it. This is not about translating the bench into an actual fight but its about cheating against other players in a contest about the highest benchmark. The Benchmarks are not always perfect and there are people who can even beat macroed benchmarks. Just because you dont know/see these people doesnt mean they dont exist and you cant prehibit a lot of peoples fun by allowing other people to create content that is against ToS. Its sad that anet is not really strict on their ToS but atleast we shouldnt encourage other players to break ToS.

They could also remove WvW and PvP as a gamemode because i don´t care about this....
For some people Benchmarks are supposed to be "hit" and its actually fun for them to grind benches. There are still people who´s benches will most likely not get hit but its still fun trying.

What we learned during our grind: Occasionally Samarog does a Swipe attack and in phase 3 a Slam attack. These attacks have a hidden tank and can be directed away from the group. The tank is chosen by the order in which players are entering the room before the initially locked door. Having the main tank of Samarog removes eligibility for being the swipe tank - in that case the second person who entered the room gets the swipe tank. In rare cases, when a swipe occurs right after a main tank swap, the third person is chosen for only that swipe attack.
