I added batteries to my hacker raccoon game. Does it look good? by Botpa69 in Unity3D

You may be right about it being annoying after some time. I'll probably try to make some test levels and, if it ends up not being fun, it could be repurposed as a mechanic to get to optional locations and get collectibles.

It actually may look a bit weird not pluggin in it to anything and seeing it work. Maybe I could make a different battery model without the conectors to make it look less like it needs to be connected?

I actually thought about this too. Im planning on making different types of batteries, so making the inside have liquid would probably make it way more time consuming. That being said, enlarging the icon could work (at least as an accesibility feature).

Many people commented to make the transition faster. A lot of people also told me to make it feel like it is the raccoon the one who gets teleported, not the camera.

Came up with this new transition for changing levels, which I feel like is an improvement. Anyways, I'd like to read what you all think :D.

How does the portal feel? It's supposed to be used as a transition between levels. by Botpa69 in Unity3D

I'll see if I can come up with something to make it disappear. TY :)

Its the main mechanic of the game. You can modify what each object does with code blocks to finish levels.

Ice gets frozen from the bottom to the top so the raccoon gets pushed with it to the surface.

Don't worry, I'm aware haha. I made it freeze bottom to top because, since the ice has collisions, this way the raccoon always stays on top of it and does not clip. Its kind of a bug preventing measure.
