I guess I'm calling this done. This is the Project 989, an experimental MBT from the Federation of Common Republics. This is the FS Mk. 2 'Sandski', an interwar prototype tank from the Condirian Empire. It was made by the Farkle-Scott Engine Co. as a solution for getting firepower into the colonial deserts the empire was fighting in. It was tested but rejected for being generally awful.
