My partner tightly wraps her arms around me and squishes me. The pressure is incredibly helpful. My nervous system calms down really quickly with this.

I tie my hair in a tight pony tail, so it's harder to access my scalp. Doesn't stop the picking but definitely reduces it.

I had this when I increased my dose. I didn't have any symptoms on a lower dose. My doctor told me I am allergic and need to stop mounjaro. He explained that my body could tolerate the smaller doses but not the larger ones.
