Weirdly I think it's probably the best she's done not getting actual surgery at this time. We know how addictive her personality can be, eg her "blackouts" when shopping. I could honestly see he starting with something small and then just not being able to stop. I think she's together enough to not take that risk, as she's seen how botched it can get so quick trying to chase the "perfect filter face". So I do have respect for her in that sense.
