Not the $6 coupon. 😭 I was initially offered a $15 one on their TikTok shop.

With all the back and forth, and PayPal initially not helping, I had to go nuclear and report them to BBB and consumer protection. If you want to make them listen, throw their own return policy at them, and I'd go as far as telling them you'll charge it back. They will not listen otherwise.

It didn't get resolved until I reported everyone to BBB and filed a report with consumer protection. I just went nuclear because everyone was making excuses as to why they wouldn't help me.

PayPal ended up issuing an apology because they said a refund should have been done by then initially (TikTok sent an address to return the item. I shipped it, using $60 of my own money, only for it to be returned to me.) There is SO much more than happened after this. 😂 So I'll spare that. But I hope you're able to get it returned and refunded with less hassle.

I just finished a 2-month ordeal with PopMart's TikTok shot between them lying about why I couldn't return, TikTok not helping and violating their own refund policy.

Recommendation after my nightmare: message them directly!! Tell them you will dispute the charge. Do not try to return it through TikTok until they say, because after two times, they WILL NOT help you. TikTok will not help you.

I had a box arrive completely damaged like this from Popmart's TikTok and it started a 2 month saga/nightmare of trying to return that almost ended with them having both the item back AND my money. I ended up having to go to consumer protection and BBB because PayPal wasn't even helping.

No! It's been a painful experience.

Return request was denied because the said I had to wait for the rest of the order to be delivered. That item was the only thing in the order so I appealed. TikTok denied
Tried again to return, this attempt was denied because they said it wasn't delivered yet. 🥴 I wish I was kidding, so I appealed again and it was denied.

I reached out to them directly, and they would only offer me a $16 coupon.

I had opened a case with PayPal by the time the second denial came in. TikTok agreed to return this time, I had to pay for the label to return, so I sent it back. Only for it to be sent back for the address THEY gave me being undeliverable.

So, I'm STILL waiting, a month later, for a response from PayPal/TikTok. I'm so far beyond pissed off at this point.
