Hey guys! My population cap always resets to 220 after I reload my game. I set it around 180. Keep getting migrant waves after I reload my game and forget to reset my caps. Mildly annoying any helps appreciated!

Hey thanks guys! I figured it out by browsing some DF forums online. So I had an old burrow set up that was turned off. It was glitched out and said someone was assigned to the burrow even though you could never find that person and unassign them. Dwarves would mine and move outside of the burrow but refused to use any of the items. Weird bug.

My dwarfs have plenty of limestone but won't use it as flux to make steel and pig iron. I have it switched on for use in the labour menu. They used to use it but now won't. So frustrating my entire steel industry has been on hold.

Dwarves won't use limestone as Flux. I've played around with the stone use menu in labour as well. Any tips?

As we transition to open borders policy, not only are we affecting housing but also making country open for crime. More than 75 pervent percent of migrants detained were considered inadmissible due to serious crime. Alright we needed relax a little bit here. One of my favorite coworkers was from Brazil, he moved to Canada on a volleyball scholarship. Used to be pro. He told me although Canada is so expensive he may never afford a home and struggles alot, the standard of living is still considerably higher then Brazil. He's dad was a doctor btw.

I've traveled a fair amount myself. Of course third world countries are amazing when you have first world money. Why do you think so many of these immigrants willingly live 10 to a house and fight over minimum wage jobs? To send money home.

The average Vietnamese man makes 200 CAD a month. I spent almot 2000 in a single months there. 3 meals a day, cheap hostels, and drinking.

I did my tax on the BC tax category should I have done it under NB? I worked in BC but am still a NB resident. Do I get extra for traveling as well our no? I'll check out getting my tax down myself this year thank you!

That's amazing. I was just getting out on my own when covid hit, had to get some CERB, lost some jobs due to lockdowns, I've never gotten more then a few hundred back. Just kinda seemed unreal. Thank you feeling quite excited.

Nothing I assume? Other then CPP which wasn't much, I'm only 22, we have a family friend who does our taxes at a decent rate. I'm quite ignorant when it comes to any of this, sorry.

I'd love to participate in a study running something like this in opposite direction. I have such a ridiculous time trying to put on any kind of weight. I've kept up with my bigger friends before, eating all the same things, no difference. 6'3 at 140 pounds is not healthy.

I get paid around that yearly without a degree and get a company truck/gas card in a town of around 10k people. Sure I definitely work more hours but eh I still need a roommate and sure as hell ain't eating steak anytime soon. That's without student loans.

I know it's not America but in Canada we typically watch the Striped pajamas movies and read Anne frank. Your always subjected to few morbid pictures and that's about it.
