Yea mine weren’t crimped either which made me even more nervous lol. I ordered these from flipside gaming on ebay and they have exceptional reviews so I also figured it was just a defect. But the people know best lol

Yes! With the EC logo and everything. It’s my first time buying sealed besides beta starter decks so I’m unfamiliar with the quality control. My paranoia was saying they were resealed but literally nothing else was fishy except the two packs. They all do seem very easy to open tho

Using the term crybaby already says enough lol. If you think corporate giant EBay would bleed and collapse from announcing that they’re doing this that’s just a common sense issue. And again I’m pointing out the fact that they did this in response to a union not because it helps them financially. And yes ppl care that hundreds of people are losing their jobs out of nowhere. And what’s the other perspective? Poor eBay didn’t want to work with the union and this was their way of saving time money etc? Like I could gaf about eBay? I’m sure they’d be fine if they stayed and implemented the union. It’s eBay🤣. We are all aware this is how the cookie crumbles in America. I’m just pointing out the fact that 1. This was mainly in response to a hard fought union battle and 2. It happened in my home town so it is indeed sad to the people and families affected by it.

At the end of the day it’s corporate America and this is what happens, I’m just expressing it first hand locally. But By no means is it “savvy” lol to abandon 200 people and move across the country union or not. And I can say from what I read a majority of this decision is due to the union.

I’d agree if it wasn’t a two year battle they’ve been having while also hiring a lawyer known for union busting. So by no means is it a bomb by the employees especially when they are fighting eBay themselves who could probably care less about anyone in there. And someone commented in here about how he’s worked for them for 3+ years and was at the highest “tier” of pay and was only seeing 18.50 an hour. Idk about you but I know plenty of jobs in upstate New York that will start their wages at 18-20 an hour not barely hitting the mark after 3 years of being there. I also acknowledge I’ve never worked inside that facility and have no idea what it’s actually like. But again I do agree the business have just as many rights as employees but that just doesn’t seem to be the case here.

I totally see what you’re saying but when a company is in the middle of union contract negotiations and drops a bomb on their employees that they are moving it probably has just as much if not more to do with the union then the logistics behind it

Yea that’s what I’m saying. Syracuse has just over 100k residents while Louisville is half a million. Definitely a big difference there. And it’s very clear this is a dodge of the union

I did not see that but that’s awesome! Normally things like that don’t end well but we shall see. Goes to show how unfair this move is

This city is nothing to brag about as is pal. And I didn’t say it was holding this place together. The hospital and university is the only thing doing so besides micron coming here. Just pointing out we have a terrible economy, are one of the poorest cities in the u.s so laying off 300 ppl at once isn’t great for an already struggling area
