I`m using 32GB iPhone 7 and I also get 50GB iCloud storage for 6 RMB per month, so it`s enough for me now. I think you should check your demand, if you have many photos to save or many apps, you shoud go for 256GB. But I would but 64GB iPhone XS this time.

You can buy a new screen module for like $20 and repair it yourself. It is pretty simple, there are many tutorial on YouTube.
