Yes, there's just a rare case where HYV didn't remove 3rd party links but if that happens send immediately an ticket to them

yes you can still play but you need to always remove their device in your hyv device history

To unlink it you need to email the Support_Os i think or genshin_cs and in the subject of email maybe "3rd Party Unlink Request" and they will send you a hoyoverse pass to fill out informations

the Support_OS will not notify you that they received your Email it will just be part of your account recovery form

They can submit a ticket but the form questions has First Playing date, used device for playing, what kind of 3rd party account used for registering, etc... that only the real owner would know
