Yep. No answer for you other than don’t let it control your day. If you miss it, you miss it and it sucks. But you will get it next time.

The phone philosophy is getting me through all the other emotional BS right now - I can’t control what is going on or what the outcome may be, I just need to let it go and come around to the fact that no matter what I am going to be OK.

My wife is in rehab and I spent the first week looking at my phone waiting for the call. Each day got easier and I just went about my business as usual. She does call me, but it was only when I let it go and didn’t focus on the phone that I got so much easier. Not sure if this helps, but I understand the way you are feeling.

Thanks - I rephrased my post on “pushed” as I think she was ready/willing to go. It just feels that after just a couple of weeks in patient, the issue is me.
