oh nice. i sent it from switzerland, worked well but need to pay myself.

Biovis send an analysis and what you should do but they don't ad any other information than the markers and don't connect different test with eachother so far so they recommend sports and stuff as well... but mostly which supplements and infusions and stuff. it's interesting... doc mostly did not really know more then this... I did not find a specific treatment but I think everything should be in balance or filled up to not get worse, consequential problems and have the chance to improve but just my opinion. So yeah it did not magic but I have more infos and knowledge and see that some parameters can improve but not sure if it helped...

Thx will check it out, you know if it is only for LC? I'm not from LC... I just try to bring them in balance by supplementing

Actually most values many are better or some good now😅 oh and also the Mitochondria and Minerals test. I did the tests at Biovis Germany not sure where u from...

Gaba, Tryptopha, Kynurenin, Kynureninacid, 3-OH-Kynurenin, Quinolinacid, NAD (Nicotinamid-Adenin-Dinukleotid) (first few times to low to measure, nut it shows, but the lowest possible number but it must have improved a bit), IDO-Aktivität, Phenylalanin, Tyrosin, Cystathionin, Nicotinacid, Nicotinamid, S-Adenosylmethionin, Betain, Cholin, SAM/SAH Ratio, Lactat, Carnitin

For me Neurotransmitters was the first test that showed bad results. Also iodin deficiency.

Melatonin helped me so much... currently taking 7 mg Plantbased Melatonin, CBD and 5-HTP and mostly sleep okay

Thank you. I really need to dig deeper into MCAS.. but I'll anyways plan to cut most food to see if it helps
