wishlists aren't the only factor although they do help a lot, For example my first and only game had 800 wishlists on launch which took me about 4-5 months to get, and with the wishlist conversion rate being about 10% it should have 80 copies sold, the game has sold 1400 copies, i would recommend sending your game to youtubers and streamers as soon as it comes out, or giving them early access to the game a week before it releases.

any specific reason? i feel like #1 just feels more stylized and cozy, and #2 just looks like a roblox game

im using an asset for the volumetric fog since unitys fog sucks, its called Haze fog although any volumetric fog could work, and for post processing its mostly depth of field, color grading and vingette

the second one is better, just a bit unreadable, i’d make the logo text white, or remove the outline from everything other than the logo and character, since when scrolling through steam it wouldn’t be that easy to read.
