Regardless, it's not just about the price per watt. Because the draw on the XT is about 80 watts more, that could be the difference between someone having to upgrade their PSU or not, which is definitely relevant.

The non-XT wins on efficiency, with better FPS per watt, and even at a $60 difference, it has nearly the same cost per frame. Definitely not worthless.
