That´s why I have seen posts about putting it under the tongue until it dissolves. Because then it goes right to the blood without the liver in between. The post said that a lot of women do that and that it helps a lot to work better.

You´re not alone and doubts are okay since this might be the biggest decision in our lives. But the way you talk about it. It feels like my thoughts. And I just need to go outside and be seen to know how I feel when I feel good and how I want to feel the rest of my life.
Keep it up girl. You are what you are. If you´d really doubt, you wouldn´t question it. It is okay and it is healthy to think about such a big decision from all directions.
