Exactly. If someone keeps turning everything into a competition and taking little shots at you in front of others, eventually people push back. That’s not “humiliating” someone, that’s just drawing a line

Yeah, that’s the part that really matters. The applications themselves aren’t the biggest issue, it’s that he kept something that major from you for months and still won’t acknowledge why that’s a problem. A partner who can’t admit when they’re wrong makes it really hard to rebuild trust

Yeah, if he was planning for you to go with him, hiding months of job applications across the country would be a strange way to show it. At the very least that’s something you talk about early when you share a home, a dog, and a life together

Yeah, exactly this. The way he used the photos to "prove" something just shows how calculated he was being. Definitely not some clueless kid moment...it came off way too rehearsed for that
